Merlin Auctions  are delighted to announce that we have been instructed by our friends at Rathdown Motors Ltd to sell, by public auction at 3pm on the 1st of December, all of their remaining vehicles and garage equipment.

VIEWING - Friday 30th November: 9am – 5pm & Saturday 1st December: 9am – 3pm
Please Note: Vehicles cannot be driven prior to auction. Keys will be made available during the viewing times

PARKING - Parking is available at Argus House, Terenure Road East and there will be a shuttle bus service between Rathdown Motors and Argus House.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
DEPOSITS - A €1,000 refundable bidding deposit is required on the day of the auction; in the event that you purchase more that one vehicle then you will need an additional €1,000 deposit for each vehicle purchased. In the event that you do not purchase a vehicle then your deposit will be refunded. We would strongly recommend that all deposits are left by bankers draft, Visa, laser or debit card.

CASH DEPOSITS WILL BE ACCEPTED BUT WILL BE REFUNDED BY CHEQUE.

All purchases must be paid for in full, in Euros, by Bank Transfer or Bankers Draft made payable
to Merlin Car Auctions. Cash Payments over €500 are not accepted onsite. The balance of any account must be cleared for no later than 5pm on Tuesday 4th of December.

The premises will be open for collection between 9am and 5pm Monday 3rd of December and
Tuesday 4th of December. There is no collection of vehicles on the auction day and all assets must be collected and removed from the site before 5pm on Tuesday the 4th of December. Merlin Car Auctions must be in receipt of cleared payment in full before the vehicle can be released for collection.
